Production Process of Corn Steep Liquor Powder (CSLP)

Organic Fertilizer Corn Steep Liquor Powder 42 is made from the corn soaking liquid generated during corn wet milling. It contains rich nutrients such as proteins, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, and is widely used in animal feed, fermentation media, and organic fertilizers.

1. Raw Material Collection
Corn kernels are soaked in sulfite water (sulfur dioxide solution). The soaking liquid, rich in soluble nutrients, is collected after impurities are removed and pH is adjusted to 6.5–7.0.Corn Steep Liquor For Agriculture

2. Concentration

3. Drying
Spray drying is used to convert the concentrated liquid into powder. Hot air quickly dries the droplets to produce a fine powder with moisture ≤5%.

4. Post-treatment

5. Quality Control & Environmental Aspects
Key checks include nutrient retention, solubility, and moisture level. Condensed water from evaporation is reused, and exhaust gases are filtered to reduce emissions.
